Environmental & Social Responsibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026

Our Responsibility

GetCareStaff believes that building a successful technology business in the care sector carries responsibilities beyond commercial performance.

Our Environmental & Social Responsibility (“ESR”) approach reflects our commitment to developing GetCareStaff in a way that considers our impact upon people, communities and the environment.

GetCareStaff is a product operated by Telyton Limited.

Our Social Purpose

GetCareStaff exists to make care staffing simpler, fairer and more efficient by connecting care professionals directly with care organisations through technology.

Our aim is to contribute positively to the care sector by:

  • widening access to flexible working opportunities;
  • helping care organisations access appropriately qualified professionals;
  • reducing unnecessary administrative barriers;
  • supporting transparent information around available work;
  • using technology to improve staffing efficiency; and
  • supporting a professional, respectful marketplace for care work.

Fairness for Care Professionals

Care professionals perform essential work.

Our Platform is designed to give Carers greater visibility and control over their professional opportunities, including the ability to manage availability, qualifications, preferences and applications through one system.

We seek to support:

  • transparency;
  • fair access to opportunities;
  • timely payment processes;
  • professional dignity;
  • equality and diversity;
  • responsible working practices; and
  • clear communication between Carers and care organisations.

Supporting Care Organisations

Staffing shortages can place significant operational pressure upon care providers and their teams.

GetCareStaff seeks to use technology to make staffing more efficient by helping organisations identify appropriately qualified and available professionals while reducing unnecessary administrative complexity.

Our objective is ultimately to support a more efficient staffing environment in which care organisations can devote greater attention and resources to delivering care.

Responsible Technology

Technology should support people rather than create unnecessary barriers for them.

As GetCareStaff develops, we seek to use technology and data responsibly.

Our principles include:

  • protecting personal information;
  • maintaining appropriate information security;
  • considering fairness when developing automated and AI-assisted functionality;
  • maintaining meaningful human involvement in important staffing decisions where appropriate;
  • designing accessible and understandable services; and
  • continually reviewing how technology affects users of our Platform.

Environmental Responsibility

As a technology-led business, GetCareStaff seeks to operate efficiently and minimise unnecessary environmental impact where reasonably practicable.

Our approach includes encouraging:

  • digital-first administration and documentation;
  • reduction of unnecessary paper-based processes;
  • remote and technology-enabled business processes where appropriate;
  • efficient use of computing and business resources;
  • responsible procurement;
  • reduction of unnecessary business travel; and
  • consideration of environmental impact when selecting suppliers and technology partners where reasonably practicable.

Local and Efficient Staffing

GetCareStaff’s technology can take factors such as location and travel preferences into account when presenting relevant staffing opportunities.

Alongside making opportunities more practical for Carers, effective local matching may help reduce unnecessary travel associated with traditional staffing processes.

We will continue exploring ways in which technology can support both operational efficiency and responsible resource use.

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion

We are committed to creating an inclusive Platform and working environment.

People should have access to opportunity without unlawful discrimination, and we expect everyone interacting through GetCareStaff to be treated with dignity and respect.

Our approach is further explained in our Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Statement.

Ethical Business

GetCareStaff seeks to operate with integrity.

Our approach includes commitments to:

  • lawful and ethical business conduct;
  • responsible treatment of workers and contractors;
  • prevention of modern slavery and exploitation;
  • appropriate safeguarding;
  • protection of confidential and personal information;
  • responsible supplier relationships; and
  • accountability for our conduct.

Continuous Improvement

Environmental and social responsibility is an ongoing process rather than a single target.

As GetCareStaff grows, we intend to review our impact, identify areas for improvement and develop proportionate objectives and measures.

Where reliable data becomes available, we may establish and publish measurable environmental or social objectives against which progress can be assessed.

Our Commitment

Our ambition is to build GetCareStaff as a commercially successful platform that also creates positive value for the people and organisations working throughout the care sector.

Better technology. Fairer opportunities. Stronger care.
